What Is Microneedling?

Is Microneedling Right for You?
Microneedling is not appropriate for everyone or every skin condition. Your skin is assessed before treatment, and treatment may be postponed or avoided when contraindications are present.
Please tell us before treatment if you:
Have active skin irritation, infection or open lesions in the treatment area; have a history of abnormal scarring; are taking medications that may affect healing or skin sensitivity; have recently undergone another skin procedure; or have another medical or skin condition that could affect treatment suitability.
When in doubt, treatment suitability should be discussed before your appointment.
After Your Appointment
Microneedling Aftercare
Temporary redness, sensitivity, dryness or mild swelling may occur after microneedling. Recovery varies between individuals and according to treatment intensity. Follow the aftercare instructions provided after your appointment, use gentle skincare and protect treated skin from excessive sun exposure.
