Founded in 2009, 4Seasons Wellness has been a cornerstone of the Downtown Toronto wellness community for over 15 years. Located at 2 Carlton Street, Suite 720 — just steps from the College Subway Station (NE Exit) — we serve the busy professionals of the Yonge & Carlton corridor, students from Toronto Metropolitan University, and healthcare workers from the nearby Discovery District.
What began as a focused RMT massage practice has grown into a fully integrated holistic health clinic, now encompassing Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, Electroacupuncture, Fire Cupping, Gua Sha, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Sculptural Face Lifting™ Buccal Massage, and a complete skincare & aesthetics program.

Meet Charles Guo RMT – R.Ac
Charles Guo brings over 15 years of clinical experience to 4Seasons Wellness. Holding dual registration as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO), Charles is uniquely positioned to offer a truly integrated approach to healing.
His clinical philosophy centres on the synergy between biomechanical massage and TCM energy flow. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Charles works to identify and address the root cause — combining RMT, TCM Acupuncture, Electroacupuncture, Fire Cupping, Gua Sha, and aesthetic treatments into holistic, personalized protocols calibrated to each client’s body and lifestyle.
Charles is also the only practitioner in Toronto offering the Facial Rejuvenation Combo — Sculptural Face Lifting™ Buccal Massage combined with Cosmetic Acupuncture in one 90-minute session, with dual RMT and R.Ac insurance receipts provided. This makes 4Seasons the city’s only dual-registered facial treatment clinic.
