What Is an Acupuncture + RMT Combo?
The Acupuncture + RMT Combo allows you to receive both acupuncture and Registered Massage Therapy during one coordinated visit. Each portion of the appointment is provided according to your individual assessment, concerns and treatment goals.
Charles Guo is registered as both an RMT and Registered Acupuncturist in Ontario. This allows both services to be provided by the same practitioner while maintaining the appropriate professional scope and documentation for each treatment.

01 Assessment Your health history, current concerns, preferences and treatment goals are reviewed before treatment. | 02 Acupuncture An individualized acupuncture treatment is provided based on your assessment. Electroacupuncture may also be incorporated when appropriate and with your consent. | 03 RMT Massage The RMT portion uses massage techniques selected according to your assessment, preferences and treatment goals. |

Can you direct bill both services?

What is the difference between the 90-minute and 105-minute combo?
The 90-minute option includes acupuncture plus a 45-minute RMT massage. The 105-minute option includes acupuncture plus a 60-minute RMT massage.
Do I need to book both services?
No. Acupuncture and RMT massage can each be booked separately. The combo is simply an option for clients who prefer to receive both during one visit.
Is the combo covered by extended health insurance?
Coverage depends on your individual extended health plan. If your plan includes acupuncture and Registered Massage Therapy benefits, eligible services may be considered under their respective benefit categories according to your insurer’s rules.
